Support for resolution authorities in other Member States

When resolution authorities from other Member States issue orders concerning assets in Germany, the NRA provides support.

Establishing and organising resolution colleges

Resolution colleges are established by the SRB and NRAs to coordinate cooperation between multiple resolution authorities in the EU banking union, Europe and third countries. The main purpose of these colleges is to exchange information, draw up group resolution plans, assess institution-specific resolvability, remove resolution impediments, reach decisions on group resolution schemes and coordinate public communication.
