Notifying BaFin of the publication of an announcement in the context of the periodic financial reporting pursuant to WpHG
The specialised procedure “Announcement (sections 114 et seq. WpHG)” is available for domestic issuers within the meaning of section 2 (14) of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG), i.e. companies whose securities are admitted to trading on an organised/regulated market in the EU/EEA.
Important notice:
Please note that an announcement in compliance with the WpHG can only be electronically filed with BaFin after successful admission to the specialised procedure “Announcement (sections 114 et seq. WpHG)”.
Information on the registration on the MVP Portal, application for the specialised procedure „Announcement (sections 114 et seq. WpHG)“ and the electronic filing an announcement in accordance with the WpHG with BaFin, including the use of the MVP Portal inbox, can be found in the information sheet (please see section “additional information”).
