Topic MVP-Portal TEST Ad hoc disclosure
You can test the “Ad hoc disclosure” specialised procedure, which must be used to submit legally valid electronic notifications in accordance with section 26 (1) of of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG) and delay notification as required by Article 17(4) of MAR, Article 6 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/522. However, you cannot submit electronic notifications in a legally binding manner using the TEST specialised procedure: this is only possible using the main specialised procedure or by conventional means.
Once you have registered on the MVP you can apply for authorisation to use the “TEST Ad hoc disclosure“ specialised procedure for test purposes. Access to the procedure will be activated promptly once you have submitted your signed and scanned application form to BaFin. You can upload the application form directly within the MVP. The test procedure can be used both to test the online form and to submit an XML file for a voting rights notification, either by uploading it or using the SOAP interface.
Please address any technical questions on the electronic TEST Ad hoc disclosure specialised procedure to: p26_1wphg@bafin.de.

Note
Electronic notifications cannot be submitted in a legally valid manner using the TEST specialised procedure.
