Is a particular company supervised by BaFin?

In our database of companies, you can find supervised companies and see the activities for which they have been granted authorisation by BaFin.

All databases, overviews and lists kept by BaFin can be found under databases. Here you can also find information about authorised tied agents, prospectuses filed, notifications of major holdings of voting rights and notifications of managers’ transactions .
