Reports regarding ICT-related incidents are to be submitted via BaFin’s MVP Portal. As a first step, BaFin is providing forms that can be completed via the MVP Portal website. In this first step, reports cannot be submitted via the SOAP web service interface or file upload. Further information on registration for the relevant specialised procedure is available here.
In a second step, the functions for submitting reports via the SOAP web service interface and via file upload will go live. As alternatives to submission using the MVP form, these options will enable submission via a structured data format. As of 17 January 2025, these functions are not yet available.
