On 8 August 2019, BaFin imposed administrative fines amounting to EUR 4,000 on a natural person due to breaches of Article 15 in conjunction with Article 12(1)(a)(i) of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
An appeal may be lodged against the administrative fine order.
Update (03.09.2019):
The administrative fine order is final and binding.
