As of 27 October 2020, BaFin issued a cease and desist order to Almo Markets VIP GmbH to stop and wind up the unauthorized money remittance business immediately.

Almo Markets VIP GmbH accepts funds from private persons on its own accounts for the sole purpose of transferring these funds to mainly foreign accounts of companies based abroad. Among these companies are the operators of unlicensed trading platforms as www.53capitaltrade.com, www.YesOption.com, www.yestrading.com, www.tradegbp.com, www.tradedax.com as well as www.coinbrokerz.com.

The order is final and conclusive.
