According to information available to BaFin, Halebore Ltd is operating a further platform via the website wtbinvesting.com without the required authorisation. On 27. March 2023, BaFin published a warning detailing its suspicion that the company was offering consumers financial and investment services without the required authorisation via the websites dbsinvesting.com and investingciti.com.

Financial and investment services may only be offered in Germany with authorisation from BaFin. However, some companies offer these services without the necessary authorisation. Information on whether a particular company has been authorised by BaFin can be found in BaFin’s database of companies.

The information provided by BaFin is based on section 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz – KWG).
