The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) warns consumers about the websites investi-ray.com and investiray.io. According to information available to BaFin, financial and investment services are being provided on these websites without the required authorisation. The company is not supervised by BaFin.
The operator claims to be supervised by “Crypto Assets Control”, which is not an official financial market authority. Anyone providing financial or investment services in Germany may do so only with authorisation from BaFin. Crypto Assets Control does not have the power to grant such authorisation.
