The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) warns consumers about the services offered on the websites premiumtradingsignal.com and pausepointnext.com, which are identical. According to information available to BaFin, the operators are providing financial and investment services on these websites without the required authorisation.
These two websites offer trading in financial instruments. The operators of the websites only appear under the names Premium Trading Signal or Pause Point Next, without specifying a legal form. They do not provide any information about their registered offices and the websites contain no legal notice. An alleged registration in Australia cannot be confirmed either.
Anyone providing financial and investment services in Germany may do so only with authorisation from BaFin. However, some companies offer these services without the necessary authorisation. Information on whether a particular company has been granted authorisation by BaFin can be found in BaFin’s database of companies.
