BaFin issued warnings about Quantum AI on 9 August 2022 and 25 February 2025. The unknown operators are now using the websites quantumaiplatform.com and quantumai.co. BaFin suspects the operators of the websites of offering consumers financial, investment and cryptoasset services without the required authorisation.
Anyone providing financial, investment or cryptoasset services in Germany may do so only with authorisation from BaFin. However, some companies offer these services without the necessary authorisation. Information on whether a particular company has been authorised by BaFin can be found in BaFin’s database of companies.
Theinformation provided by BaFin is based on section 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (KWG) and Section 10 (7) of the German Crypto Markets Supervision Act (KMAG).
