The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) warns consumers about the company PANDA BROKERS VIP and the services it is offering. BaFin has information that the company is providing financial services on its website pandabrokersvip.com without the required authorisation. The company is not supervised by BaFin.
In the past, the company also used the website pandabrokers.com to make contact with potential investors.
Banking business and financial services may only be offered in Germany with authorisation from BaFin. However, some companies offer these services without the necessary authorisation. BaFin is issuing this information on the basis of section 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz – KWG).
