The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) warns consumers about the services offered on the website wealth-partnersamtegernsee.com. Contrary to the information in the website’s legal notice, these services are not provided by Wealth Partners Tegernsee GmbH, domiciled in Rottach-Egern. This is a case of identity fraud.
BaFin is issuing this information on the basis of section 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz – KWG).
