Erscheinung:21.07.2025 | Topic Unauthorised business, Consumer protection trading-kapital.com: BaFin investigates the company Trading Kapital

The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) warns consumers about the company Trading Kapital and the services it is offering. According to information available to BaFin, the company, which claims to be based in Switzerland, is offering banking business and/or financial services on its website trading-kapital.com without the required authorisation. The company is not supervised by BaFin.

Trading Kapital is also linked to the websites market.vinxade.ink and market.qvix.pro, where consumers can supposedly trade in financial products.

Financial services may only be offered in Germany if the company providing these services has the necessary authorisation from BaFin. However, some companies offer these services without the required authorisation. Information on whether a particular company has been authorised by BaFin can be found in BaFin’s database of companies.

BaFin is issuing this warning on the basis of section 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (KreditwesengesetzKWG).

Please be aware:

BaFin, the German Federal Criminal Police Office (BundeskriminalamtBKA) and the German state criminal police offices (Landeskriminalämter) recommend that consumers seeking to invest money online should exercise the utmost caution and do the necessary research beforehand in order to identify fraud attempts at an early stage.
