The financial supervisory authority BaFin warns against offers on the website kings-alliance.com. BaFin suspects that Kings Alliance allegedly based in Frankfurt am Main is offering financial, investment and cryptoasset services without the required authorisation. The unknown operators claim to be authorised by the European Financial Authority (FINAEU/FINA EU).

The FINAEU/FINA EU is no official or legitimised supervisory authority at the national or supranational level. On 29 August 2024, BaFin issued a warning about FINA EU and its claim to be a European Supervisory Authority.

Anyone providing financial, investment or cryptoasset services in Germany may do so only with authorisation from BaFin. However, some companies offer these services without the necessary authorisation. Information on whether a particular company has been authorised by BaFin can be found in BaFin’s database of companies.

BaFin is issuing this information on the basis of section 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz – KWG) and section 10 (7) of the German Cryptomarkets Supervision Act (Kryptomärkteaufsichtsgesetz).

Please be aware:

BaFin, the German Federal Criminal Police Office (BundeskriminalamtBKA) and the German state criminal police offices (Landeskriminalämter) recommend that consumers seeking to invest money online should exercise the utmost caution and do the necessary research beforehand in order to identify fraud attempts at an early stage.
