The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) warns consumers about the company Top Zinsvergleich and the services it is offering. BaFin suspects the unknown operators of the website top-zinsvergleich(.)de of offering consumers financial and investment services without the required authorisation.
The unknown operators are currently contacting consumers via the email addresses @backofficedvag.de and @office-dvag.de and pretending that the services they offer are from Deutsche Vermögensberatung Aktiengesellschaft DVAG, which has its registered office in Frankfurt am Main. This is not true; it is a case of identity fraud. Deutsche Vermögensberatung Aktiengesellschaft DVAG has no connection to the website top-zinsvergleich.de and the services offered there.
BaFin is issuing this warning on the basis of section 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz – KWG).
