For certain reports, particularly those based on the German Financial and Internal Capital Adequacy Information Regulation (Finanz- und Risikotragfähigkeitsinformationenverordnung – FinaRisikoV) and the reporting of large exposures and loans of 1 million euros or more, BaFin and the Deutsche Bundesbank will not be taking supervisory measures with regard to any late submissions; rather, institutions will be permitted to use an additional modified submission procedure for master data reports for reporting large exposures and loans of 1 million euros or more.
